Pemanfaatan Alelopati Ekstrak Serasah Daun Pinus (Pinus merkusii) Sebagai Bioherbisida Gulma Rumput Teki (Cyperus rotundus)

Abstract


Cyperus rotundus is one of the weeds that disrupt cultivated crops and cause harm to farmers, as it has many root fibers and is able to absorb stronger nutrients. Highly competitive plant pine levels and allelopathic secondary metabolites for other plants, allelopathy compounds are the triggers of grass control using natural ingredients as bioherbisides and for determining the phytochemical content of leaf litter. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimum concentration of pine leaf litter extract (Pinus merkusii) as bioherbisides Cyperus rotundus and to know the content of phytochemical extract of Pinus merkusii. Cyperus rotundus tubers sow as many as 85 bulbs. The garbage of pine leaves in the oven at 50 ° C for 24 hours and crushed with the grinder, the powder of simplisia obtained 3x24 hour maceration using 70% ethanol and phytochemical test. The given extract is 1000 ppm, 2000 ppm, 3000 ppm 4000 ppm and control is sprayed to all parts of Cyperus rotundus. This study used Completely Randomized Design (RAL) and the results were calculated using an ANOVA level test of 0.05, in the case of a significant effect of further testing by Duncan test. The results showed that pine leaf litter extract was able to inhibit growth and give heavy toxic effect on Cyperus rotundus and based on positive pine leaf litter phytochemical test containing alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tannin and terpenoid compounds
