PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, RETURN ON EQUITY, DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PT. PERUSAHAAN GAS NEGARA TBK PERIODE 2009-2017

Abstract

The stock price is the buying and selling price that applies in the securities market which is determined by the demand and supply strength, which shows the value of the company so that it is considered by investors to sell or buy shares. One of the factors that influence stock prices is company performance. The method used to measure the company's financial performance most often used is financial ratios including liquidity ratios, debt ratios, coverage ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Return on Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Prices at PT. Gas Negara Tbk Company 2009-2017 Period. In this study, the authors did not use the sampling method but the study was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the partial regression coefficient test (t test) CR and DER does not affect stock prices and ROE has an effect on stock prices. While the results of the simultaneous regression coefficient test (F test) obtained CR, ROE, and DER did not affect simultaneously the stock price..
