PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG), DAN CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO (CAR) TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2014-2018

Abstract

The bank can assess the level of success in carrying out its activities so that it can determine strategies for the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independent commissioners, boards of directors, audit committees and CAR simultaneously affecting the Financial Performance of Registered Banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2018. This research is a descriptive verification research. The sample used in this study were 25 companies. Samples using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used multiple regression using SPSS version 23.

The results show that the Independent Board of Commissioners partially influences Company Performance, the Board of Directors partially influences Company Performance, the Audit Committee partially influences Company Performance, CAR partially influences Company Performance and the Independent Board of Commissioners, Board The Board of Directors, Audit Committee and CAR together influence the dependent variable (Company Performance.
