Abstract


PT Pasific Asia Packaging is a manufacturing company. The company is engaged in the processing industry of raw plastic kernels into finished packaging such as drinking water bottles, cosmetics, preform, seats and so forth. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect employee satisfaction. This research uses 24 factors of job satisfaction and the population in this study are employees of injection production, decoration and chumpower. The number of respondents taken as a sample is as many as 84 people in stratakan with proportional stratified random sampling method. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and importance performance analysis. Based on the results of research conducted with questionnaires on the respondents who are employees of PT Pacific Packaging regarding the factors that affect employee work satisfaction injection production section there are 19 factors that affect job satisfaction, while Decoration there are 4 factors that affect job satisfaction and Chumpower there are 16 factors which affect employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, for the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Pacific Packaging is still not good because the response response is still less satisfactory such as the level of job satisfaction about the incentives and assessment of employees to work that must be improved so that employees can be satisfied.
