HUBUNGAN PROGRAM KOMPENSASI DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. DANAMAS INSAN KREASI ANDALAN

Abstract


PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan (DIKA) was established in Jakarta on May 2, 2012. Focusing its business on marketing and sales capabilities and resource development. PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan has been able to survive and adapt to current competition. At this time the employee compensation program at PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan has been going pretty well, but there are still employees who still have low performance. Indicators used as statements by researchers are forms of employee compensation and performance programs based on expert explanations regarding the meaning of job satisfaction and employee performance itself.

This study aims to determine the relationship of compensation programs with employee performance at PT. Danamas Insan Creation Mainstay. This type of research is exploratory descriptive research. Data collection was done by direct questionnaire as many as 49 respondents. The method of analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient, using SPSS 23. Using Determination Coefficient and Statistical Hypothesis Tests.

The results of the study concluded that there was a strong relationship between the compensation program variables and employee performance, a correlation value of 0.680 was obtained. The coefficient of determination shows the percentage of 46.24% while the remaining 53.76% is explained by other factors outside the compensation program, the value of tcount is 6.358 and ttable is 1.678, then tcount> ttable (6.358> 1.678) means that accept Ha reject Ho, p this shows that if the compensation program increases, employee performance also increases. So it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between compensation programs with employee performance at PT. Danamas Insan Creation Mainstay.

Suggestions that the authors convey to PT. Danamas Insan Kalan Andalan to pay attention to the two variables that became this study, namely the compensation program, by increasing the compensation program for employees, so that employees get compensation according to what they want and ultimately employee performance will be more optimal and further research needs to be done with different objects and variables, to increase the repertoire of knowledge in the field of human resource management.
