THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK MOTIVATION AND EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION WITH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT RANCAMAYA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB

Abstract


This research was conducted because the lack of work motivation possessed by employees and employee satisfaction is still low which can be seen from the high level of absenteeism and has not been effective and efficient in carrying out tasks. So to achieve the desired performance, the need to increase work motivation and employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of work motivation and job satisfaction with employee performance at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club. The type of research used is descriptive and verification with Explanatory Survey method. Based on the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient calculation the relationship of work motivation with employee performance obtained rs = 0.723, meaning that work motivation with employee performance has a strong relationship, while the relationship of job satisfaction with employee performance obtained rs = 0.735 means that job satisfaction with employee performance has a relationship that is strong. Overall the relationship of work motivation and employee job satisfaction with employee performance has a very strong relationship with the acquisition of rs = 0.830.
