Studi Zona Kerentanan Gerakan Tanah Daerah Tambakmekar Dan Sekitarnya Kecamatan Jalancagak Kabupaten Subang Provinsi Jawa Barat
Abstract
The research area is located in Tambakmekar and its surroundings, Jalancagak District, Subang Regency, within the Bogor Anticlinorium Zone and the Quaternary Volcanic Zone. The elevation ranges from 150 to 650 meters above sea level. The slope classes vary from flat to very steep. The rock formations consist of sedimentary rocks such as sandstone and claystone, volcanic rocks such as breccia and tuff, and igneous rocks such as andesite. The geological structures present include homocline folding structures. The area experiences high rainfall. The types of soil in the research area are quite diverse, including Eutric Cambisol, Umbric Andosol, Oxic Latosol, Distric Cambisol, Eutric Gleysol, Gleyic Cambisol, and Water Bodies, all of which are prone to landslides. The research area is divided into two regions that are prone to earthquakes, which is one of the contributing factors to landslides. The land cover/vegetation in the research area varies, including shrubs, plantation forests, rice fields, mixed dryland agriculture, dryland agriculture, settlements, and plantations. Poor vegetation conditions can contribute to the occurrence of landslides. Based on observations, there are 14 landslide points with types such as Debris Fall, Debris Slide, and Debris Creep. This study aims to map zones vulnerable to landslides using a weighting method processed with ArcGIS 10.3 software. There are three levels of landslide susceptibility zones: low susceptibility, moderate susceptibility, and high susceptibility. The most influential factor in landslide occurrence is slope steepness.
