PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN MAKROEKONOMI TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR BANK UMUM SWASTA NASIONAL DEVISA PERIODE 2013-2017

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Knowing partially the effect of financial performance consisting of LDR, ROA,
BOPO, CAR, NPL, and Macroeconomics which consist of inflation and exchange rates affect the stock price of
sub-sector companies of Private National Commercial Banks in the period 2013-2017 2) Knowing the effect of
financial performance simultaneously consisting of LDR, ROA, BOPO, CAR, NPL, and Macroeconomics which
consist of inflation and exchange rates affect the stock price of sub-sector companies of Private National
Commercial Banks in the period 2013-2017. The population used in this study are all banks listed at Bank of
Indonesia (BI) as many as 35 companies. After passing the sample selection using the purposive sampling
method, 20 samples were eligible for use in this study. The analysis technique used is panel data regression
analysis.

The results showed that partially LDR variables had a positive but not significant effect on stock prices,
the ROA variable had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, BOPO variables had a positive but not
significant effect on stock prices, the CAR variable had a positive but not significant effect on stock prices,
variables NPL has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices, Inflation variable has a significant
negative effect on stock prices and exchange rate variables have a significant positive effect on stock price of
Sub Sector Companies Of Private Commercial Foreign Exchange Bank Period 2013-2017 while simultaneously
variable LDR, ROA, BOPO, CAR, NPL, inflation and exchange rates have a significant effect on stock prices of
Sub Sector Companies Of Private Commercial Foreign Exchange Bank Period 2013-2017.
