ANALISIS SISTEM ANTRIAN GUNA MENINGKATKAN EFESIENSI PELAYANAN REGISTRASI PADA PUSKESMAS MEKARWANGI BOGOR

Abstract


Population growth is increasingly dense, especially in indonesia now requires all of us to cultivate queuing wherever we are, especially crowded places for community activities. In this case everyone would want to get excellent service in order to create satisfaction for customers. To retain customers, an organization always strives to provide the best service. The best services include providing fast services so that customers are not left in line or waiting too long.

               This study aimed to determine the right number of registration counters in order to produce efficient services in terms of time and cost for mekarwangi public health center in bogor.

The method used is a multi chanel-multi phase method used to find out the right number of counters in order to minimize queuing time at the puskesmas using primary and secondary data.

               The results of this study indicate that there is analternative that is, if consideren from the average waiting time and the total cost incurred, then by adding to 3 registration counters can achieve optimal service and produce a small total cost.
