HUBUNGAN PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. WANGSA RITEL NUSANTARA

Abstract


PT. Wangsa Ritel Nusantara (Wanrin) was established in Jakarta on March 28, 2010. Engaged in food distribution (bread) and resource development. PT. Wangsa Ritel Nusantara has managed to survive and adapt to the current competition. At the time of giving employee compensation at PT. Wangsa Ritel Nusantara has run quite well, it will still be owned by the company there are still those who have low needs. Indicators needed by researchers are forms of compensation and employee performance related to experts' explanations about the meaning of job satisfaction and employee performance itself.

This study discusses the relationship of compensation with companies at . PT. Wangsa Ritel Nusantara (Wanrin). This type of research is exploratory descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by direct questionnaire of 40 respondents. The method of analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient, using SPSS 23. Using Determination Coefficient and Statistical Hypothesis Tests.

The results of the study can conclude that there is a strong relationship with the variable compensation with employees, 0.614. The coefficient of determination indicates a percentage of 37.67% while the remaining 62.33% is requested by other factors in the provision of compensation, the value of tcount is 6.066 and ttable is 1.685, then tcount> t table (6.066> 1.685) means that accept Ha reject Ho, p this shows that if using compensation increases, the needs of employees also increase. Can contribute to positive contributions between . PT. Wangsa Ritel Nusantara (Wanrin).

Suggestions that the authors convey to PT. Wangsa Ritel Nusantara to pay attention to the two variables in this study, namely the compensation program, by increasing the compensation program to employees, making employees receive compensation in accordance with what they want and ultimately increasing employees will be more optimal and need to look for more research continued with different objects and variables, to increase the repertoire of knowledge in the field of human resource management.
