ANALISIS PENDEKATAN BEHAVIORAL INTENTION PADA MINAT MENGGUNAKAN MOBILE PAYMENT OVO
Abstract
The development of new technology at this time has become one of the most important in the field of information technology. Fintech is a development of financial technology in the financial services sector that has disrupted the landscape of the Financial Services Industry globally. Mobile Payment is a part of fintech which is currently a payment trend in the present which is supported by the growing growth of smartphone users. This study aimed to find out how the behavioral Intention approach in responding to Intention to use users on OVO mobile payments. In this case behavioral intention is influenced by the user's perception of Perceived ease of Use and Perceives Usefulness which are factors that encourage interest in using mobile payment OVO.
