Abstract

The study aims to analyse the influence of financial performance variables, the Current ratio of
liquidity (CR), the activity ratio of Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the
profitability ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS). Samples
used as many as 11 companies, selected samples using purposive sampling. The methods of analysis used in this
study are a regression analysis of data panels, test T, Test F and classic assumption test with E-Views 9
application. The results showed that a partial T-test of the CR variable, and EPS positively influenced the stock
price. TATTOOS, DER, NPM, and ROA variables have no effect on the stock price. Then simultaneously
(together) with the test F variable CR, TATTOOS, DER, NPM, ROA, and EPS have significant effect on the
stock price.
